تعداد ۳۰۰۰ درخواست در رده مهاجرتی جدید ویژه صاحبان مشاغل فنی و حرفه‌ای و پیشه وری برای سال ۲۰۱۳ پذیرفته خواهد شد. دو گروه شغلی «آ» و «ب» در این برنامه جدید وجود دارد.
گروه شغلی «آ»: فقط ۱۰۰ درخواست در هر شغل پذیرفته خواهند شد مادامیکه سهمیه ۳۰۰۰ درخواست تکمیل نشده باشد.
